Division of Specialized Care for Children (Illinois Title V Program)

The Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) is the Illinois Title V Program for Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) administered through the University of Illinois at Chicago. With a network of regional offices throughout Illinois, DSCC provides care coordination and financial assistance for eligible families. Care coordination consists of helping families access the pediatric specialty services that their child needs and finding potential financial resources to pay for those services.
